Tintic Works is a brand of Shults Moto LLC (“Tintic Works,” “we,” “us,” “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit tintic.works or buy from us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
By using the site, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Contact form. Name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the contents of your message.
- Email signups. Email address and any preferences you give us.
- Orders. Name, shipping address, billing address, email address, phone number (if provided), and order details.
- Customer support. Anything you send us by email or other channel.
We do not collect or store full payment card information. Card payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's hosted checkout pages. See Section 5.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, certain information is collected by us or our service providers:
- IP address and approximate location (city or region level)
- Browser type, operating system, device identifiers
- Pages viewed, links clicked, referring site, time spent on pages
- Information stored in cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6)
2.3 Information from third parties
- Payment confirmations from Stripe. When you complete a purchase, Stripe sends us a confirmation containing your name, billing address, the last four digits of your card, and order details. We never receive your full card number, CVC, or expiration date.
- Shipping carriers. Delivery and tracking updates.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Process and fulfill orders, including shipping, returns, and warranty claims
- Respond to questions and provide customer support
- Send transactional emails such as order confirmations and shipping notifications
- Send marketing emails to people who have opted in, with an unsubscribe link in every message
- Operate, secure, and improve the site
- Detect and prevent fraud and abuse
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share personal information only with the categories of recipients listed below, and only as needed for the purposes in Section 3:
- Payment processor. Stripe, to handle payments.
- Hosting, CDN, and infrastructure providers. To operate the site, route traffic, and protect against abuse.
- Email service providers. To send transactional and marketing emails.
- Analytics providers. To understand site usage and improve performance.
- Shipping carriers. To deliver orders.
- Professional advisors. Lawyers, accountants, and similar advisors when needed.
- Authorities and other parties. When required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
We may share aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Stripe and payments
Tintic Works uses Stripe Checkout for all card payments. At checkout you are redirected to Stripe's hosted checkout, where you enter your payment details directly with Stripe. Tintic Works does not see, receive, or store full card numbers, CVCs, or expiration dates.
Stripe is the controller of the payment information you submit on its checkout pages. Stripe's handling of that information is governed by Stripe's privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies for site operation, security, and analytics.
- Essential cookies. Required for the site to function. These include cart state, security, and bot protection set by our content delivery network. These cannot be turned off without breaking the site.
- Analytics cookies. Help us understand how the site is used. We may use Google Analytics 4 or a similar provider.
- Embedded media.Pages with YouTube or Instagram content cause those services to set cookies when the embed loads. Those cookies are governed by Google and Meta. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode where available.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may break parts of the site.
We respect the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under applicable state law, to the extent applicable to us.
7. Services we may add later
We may add the services or features below in the future. If we do, we will update this policy before turning them on:
- Customer accounts and login
- Marketing or retargeting pixels (such as Meta or Google Ads)
- Session recording or behavioral analytics products that capture mouse and click activity
- Live chat or messaging tools
- Additional email marketing or CRM platforms
8. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.
- Order records. Retained for at least seven years to comply with tax and accounting obligations.
- Email subscriber records. Retained until you unsubscribe, plus a reasonable period afterward to honor the unsubscribe and prevent re-subscription errors.
- Contact form messages. Retained as long as useful for the conversation, then deleted in the normal course of business.
- Analytics data. Retention is set by our analytics provider and is typically 14 to 26 months.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. We honor the rights below for all U.S. residents to the extent they apply to us:
- Right to know and access what personal information we have about you and how we use it.
- Right to correct inaccurate information.
- Right to delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions (for example, we may need to keep order records for tax purposes).
- Right to data portability, meaning a copy in a usable format.
- Right to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” for targeted advertising. We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@tintic.works from the email address associated with your information, or write to the address in Section 1. We will verify your request before responding and will respond within 45 days, with a possible extension as permitted by law. California residents may designate an authorized agent.
If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our denial. We will respond to the appeal within the time required by applicable law.
11. Children's privacy
The site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact privacy@tintic.works and we will delete it.
12. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no industry consensus on how to interpret this signal, and we do not currently respond to it. We do respond to the Global Privacy Control signal as described in Section 6.
13. Where we operate
Tintic Works is based in the United States and currently sells only within the United States. If you are visiting from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the United States, which may have different data protection rules than your country.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. For material changes, such as adding a new category of data collection, we will give notice on the site or by email if you have given us your address.
