The short version
Lifetime warranty on every part Tintic Works machines. Two years on springs. Full technical support for as long as the bike is in service. Transfers with the bike to the next owner.
What's covered
- Machined parts (cone, piston, tap): warrantied for the life of the product against defects in materials or workmanship.
- Springs: warrantied for two years against breakage or measurable set under normal riding conditions.
- Technical support: available for as long as the kit is in service, regardless of how many owners the bike has had.
What's not covered
- Damage caused by improper installation. Cone-valves should be installed by a qualified suspension tuner.
- Damage from accidents, crashes, abuse, or neglect.
- Damage from contamination or corrosion introduced after delivery.
- Damage to the cone-valve caused by failure of components not supplied by Tintic Works.
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect function.
How to claim
If something fails, contact us. We'll diagnose the issue and get it fixed. The person who made it is the person who'll pick up the phone, so the conversation is short and the path forward is clear.
Transfer of ownership
The warranty follows the kit, not the original buyer. If you sell your bike with the cone-valve installed, the new owner inherits the warranty. No paperwork to file. We just ask the new owner to mention the bike's previous ownership when they reach out for support so we can put the right pieces together.
Refund policy
Separate from the warranty: unused kits can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customer pays return shipping. Refund issued once the kit is back in our hands and verified unopened.
