Installation

Cone-valves are installed by a qualified suspension tuner in roughly 90 minutes. Read the install guide, or have us ship direct to your tuner.

Common questions
Do I need one kit or two for my bike?

One pair does the full bike. Every kit except the Xact ships as a pair, one valve per fork leg, because both legs need to be valved to keep the chassis balanced. The WP Xact air fork is the exception: it carries all its damping in one leg, so those bikes take a single valve, and we sell it that way.

Can I install it myself?

We recommend a qualified suspension tuner. Installation replaces the mid-valve and requires opening the cartridge, setting the shim stack, and fresh oil. A tuner with the right tools does it cleanly in about 90 minutes. Without those tools and that experience, you can damage parts that are expensive to replace.

What's the return policy?

Unopened kits can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us, we'll send the return address, and once the kit is back and verified unopened we refund your original payment method, usually within 5 business days of arrival. Customer pays return shipping. Full details on the refund policy page.

What's the warranty?

Lifetime on every part we machine, two years on springs, and technical support for as long as the bike is in service. If something fails, contact us and we'll diagnose it and make it right. Details on the warranty page.
